We’re having a FREE assessment open house and YOU’RE INVITED! Saturday, April 14, we are opening our doors to the public for the first time to have an exclusive assessment/consultation event that is limited to only 20 people!

This event is for anyone who is interested in taking their health, fitness or athleticism to the next level. Our assessment process will give us the blueprint to unlock your athletic potential!

Included in your assessment is:

  • Initial consultation: Talk about experience, goals, injury history, etc.
  • Movement screening: A look at your movement and mobility capabilities graded on a 0-3 scale and explained thoroughly.
  • Postural assessment: A more in-depth look at some joint, muscle and postural patterns that will help better understand the movement screening.
  • Performance indicators: Using velocity-based technology, we’re able to get some baseline reading on various movements that we’ll want to continue to monitor during your training career.

There is no purchase necessary, however we will be offering one-time training packages discounts to everyone who shows up.

4 session per month: Was $150 || Now $100 per month
8 sessions per month: Was $250 || Now $175 per month
