We are excited to invite you to a very exclusive training program this summer called the College Prep Camp (CPC).

Beginning on May 1 and running for 8 weeks, this small group training will meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 PM and Saturdays at 10 AM. During the time that school is still in for athletes, we will meet after school. Once all athletes are out of school we can coordinate a time among the group if they wish to train earlier in the day, or on different days.

No matter what sport you play, this is going to be an extremely beneficial and impactful 8-week program. This program is designed to prepare you for athletics at the next level (mentally & physically) with a program that is cohesive and complementary to your university training protocols.

WHAT TO EXPECT

During these 8 weeks, we implement the PACE i3 System to ensure optimal results and safety for the athletes.
